For the campaign “Hey IMMO”, an innovative AI-driven film project was realized for ImmoScout24.
The objective was to make a new AI-powered tool tangible — and to demonstrate how AI content generation and handcrafted motion graphics can merge into a scalable brand experience.
A Dynamic, Non-Linear Creative Process
Unlike traditional campaign workflows, the content did not evolve from a rigid briefing into a fixed output.
Instead, the process was iterative and adaptive.
Building on the initial briefings, the production continuously generated new variations that were creatively refined and expanded. From a single narrative framework, the following assets were developed:

This approach allowed the campaign world to grow organically — culminating in a central creative question:
